Taught by Ryan Ward, Broker of Premier Atlanta Real Estate, this comprehensive course is designed to equip real estate professionals with the skills and strategies needed to effectively convert internet leads into clients and closings while being mindful of Canned SPAM, Fair Housing, the Do Not Call Registry and Steering. The course focuses on the unique challenges and opportunities presented by the digital landscape of the real estate market and the techniques required to be successful. Throughout the course, agents will learn how to communicate with and build rapport on the way to building trust and closing sales within the rules and regulations surrounding communicating with the public.   • What is an internet lead and where do they come from
  • Understand the nature of internet leads, how they differ from traditional leads and potential interference with other Agency Agreements 
  • Efficient lead management and follow-up while following Do Not Call guidelines
  • Sales and marketing techniques to increase lead conversion while abiding by GREC advertising rules
  • The importance of long-term lead follow up and canned SPAM guidelines
  • The Fair Housing Act and Steering – how to avoid issues
  • Real world example of a successful lead conversion plan

About Ryan
