Kickstart is designed to introduce newly licensed real estate agents to the most important topics and information needed as you begin your real estate career. This in person course covers topics to ensure agents are proficient at working with buyers and sellers, writing contracts, negotiating amendments, ethics of working with consumers, Georgia’s Residential Mortgage Fraud law, and how to identify and report fraud. Also covered is an introduction to various lead generation activities such as working with your sphere of influence and obtaining business from open houses, expired listings, for sale by owners, and more.
