Mandatory License Law - 3 Hour Continuing Education Course

This 3-hour in person License Law class is designed to maintain awareness of current license law as an essential part of your business practice. The course covers topics to ensure agents understand their role, responsibilities and their duties to consumers to meet the requirements of licensure and protect the public. GREC course code is 76017.

Course Objectives:

  • Learn to transfer a license from one firm to another
  • Understand and identify ethics, unfair trade practices, and violations
  • Understanding Trust accounts
  • Properly handle real estate transactions with the
    Brokerage Relationships in Real Estate Transactions Act (“BRRETA”)
  • Apply rules and regulations for advertising
  • Know rules surrounding licensees acting as principals
